THE RESIDENCE
With the restoration of the house, the spaces have been designed to highlight the beauty of the details and the attention to design.
This has made it possible to take care of the rooms in every detail while maintaining their authenticity and offering design furniture made to measure for the house, where the materials of the furnishings and the structure combine in an oxymoron between the past and the present, creating a charming environment.
Real luxury is the rhythm of the time that seems to be released more slowly, a place for a break, surrounded by greenery of the garden and in the panorama that frames it

If you decide to stay at Luisa’s Smile you can enjoy the entire house for your exclusive use with independent access.
The house is on two floors. On the first floor you find a large living room with dining table and a fireplace. A rustic environment that preserves the tradition of ancient Piedmontese houses. There is a separate kitchen, equipped with modern facilities.
You will then find the panoramic dining room, surrounded by windows overlooking the garden. This area is ideal for breakfast or romantic dinner..

The sleeping area is on the second floor, connected by a panoramic glass elevator, which has 2 bedrooms: one with double deb and one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and laundry.
From the first floor you can access at the private enclosed garden, furnished and completely at our guests disposal
THE WATER CELLAR
On the floor overlooking the second garden, there is the water cellar: an ancient grotto, with exposed brick and original wooden beams from the 1700s, where you will find a natural water pool, fed by an aquifer dug into the marl. This water supply had been created in the absence of a waterworks and the inhabitants of the town could thus use it from a hole that overlooked the street.
For a hint of mystery, it is still possible to see the tunnel that in the past crossed the house and the road to the banks of the castle ending in a large cave. This represented a link to the Guarene castle.

You will be greeted with a welcome drink and fresh flowers. Dario and Flaminia, the owners, support your need with their discreet presence. The stay is exclusive for a single group or couple and the apartment will be at the complete disposal of the guests.
